I know very good spots, but you need a boat...
In case you get the boat, I may skipper it for you.
There is Culebrita, La Pela, Cayo Norte, and some others.
Do you SCUBA dive ?

There are some boat rentals in Culebra, and others in St. Thomas, which is close to one hour in a average fast boat ( with good seas of course).
