Natasha,

I highly recommend Culebra Dive Shop - It's near the entrance of downtown coming from the airport. (Note - this is not Culebra Divers which is downtown in the middle of all that construction) The owners, Richard & Luz are really sweet and Taz & Jeff on the boat are FABULOUS! We loved them to death. Definitely check them out!!
