Last we visited was May '04. No offense, we loved Carlos Resario Beach, but you need to add it to the list of beaches to be cleaned up. Get a boat on shore and empty those darn trash cans. There were multiple bins overflowing with what looked to be months worth of garbage. It's such a fantastic beach but was somewhat overshadowed by the trash everywhere!
