No No...

We we take 9 AM ferry from Fajardo...so we will arrive 10 AM at Culebra...And will return to Fajardo at 1 PM Ferry or 5 PM....Depends.

So we will stay there 3-7 hours.

Do you think on 27 December, Culebra and Flamenco beach will be OK to visit?

We hope so :-)
