right now afaik generators are providing some power from 6 PM to 6 AM on Culebra. the only working cell tower is on St Thomas, so people drive to Zoni to make phone calls and check email (if they have data ..)

the biggest problem is supply, since the main island has been hit and everything comes from there .. water is being rationed.
