Arroz, where on culebrainfo.org can you see who set up the site? Based on your post I went to see. There is no About Us section that I can find.
Culebra Info: Keep it real. To come on this site and promote yours on almost every post in this forum, then to say on your homepage that yours is "The first site with up to date information" about Culebra, is ridiculously untrue and yes it's trolling. You're here trying to promote your site because this forum is the most up to date information about Culebra that exists, and you want to be where the action is!
