Good College Spring Break Location?

Me and 3 of my friends are think about going to Flamenco beach and camping out from March 9th to March 15th. I want to make sure this is a good time, we are looking for a location that will have other college students and will be a fun time. Please let me know if Flamenco beach is the right destination, we don't want to be the only ones on the beach for a week!
