The answer is yes you can. At least, you could two years ago...friends of ours brought a huge cooler full of frozen stuff, especially roasts and steaks, for their week stay with a group of 12 people. I wouldn't do it myself, and I'm into supporting the local businesses for sure. And the meat at Milka is good. But you can fly it down, and if you want to be guaranteed to have exactly what you want, when you want it, that's an option.
