Maybe you should stop going to Culebra! You know, Lewis did write a song about your adventures. Maybe one mañana he'll record it, and I can share it. It's called Drifting in Paradise.
The high speed ferry is a thing of the past although currently, a fast ferry is running from Fajardo that is pretty nice. That said, its contract keeps expiring and keeps getting extended for 30 days while the government figures out how to pay them. So, bottom line, it's still a mess. Same old same old.
