Hello, unfortunately you cannot bring rental cars to Culebra. You may also call Jerry's Car Rental (his cars start at $45.00 per day) or you can contact Dick and Cathy and rent a VW Thing (it's a 4 speed manual shift).

As for the ferry, no one hardly ever answers the phone. So, you probably have the correct phone number; they just don't answer.
