Wow, I didn't know there were bioluminescence areas in Culebra. Yes, judging from the map, Dakity and Manglar are far away. I would say you would have to be a very experienced kayaker to go to these areas at night. I wonder if you can bring the kayaks closer to the areas and go in right off shore the way they do at Tamarindo. Weather and sea conditions could make it more of a Navy SEAL operation.
