Wow....3 weeks in heaven. Dick and Cathie rent bikes but I do not know if they have kids bikes. At $17 per day for an adult bike, it would make more sense to rent one of his Volkswagon Things for your trip. But if you are set on bikes, it almost sounds reasonable to buy at WalMart and buy a cheap set of basic tools and an air pump. When you are ready to leave....give them to a charity on the island. Everyone wins.
