there is no surfing spots in Culebra island, maybe the best place to catch waves is at Zoni beach , I saw some waves beacuse we were having a storm for 2 days and in flamingo beach too , but it will take u like 45 mns to get to the ride spot and is not worth it if u have an accident ,because u so far away fromthe shore , I was there in Jan , I was camping for the weekend at flamingo , I loved the stay in that beautiful and empty island , it gives you the sense that you own everything you eyes see, at nite , you can see stars never seen before , the milky way just pop out in sight just looking up and north and the ever blowing winds coming from the east,
there is no nightlife in Culebra ,a couples of bars and they closed by 1 am.
if u like to go to the beach and just relax and do nothing , Culeabra is the spot , the best surf spot is the town of Rincon , west of Puerto Rico , ask for the Light house or nuclear dome on rt 413 (the road to happinness).
