Wow hope you enjoy the bounty of Culebra, it was no accident that you found Culebra. Very hospitable, beautiful, and satisfying. Winter is the time to go. I liked the gentle 15k-18k for windsurfing. The occasional storm cloud of 25k+/- was a fun twist. It's true not a whole lot happening at night, give this fine piece of Puerto Rico a try you'll be happy ,Zonni Beach sure gets my vote! peace
