I've used Enterprise -- same deal, they pick you up at the ferry docks, and there's a charge to drop the car off at SJU. Some people quote a better rate from Avis than I've gotten from Enterprise, but I've never been able to get that good of a price. Cost has been about the same as John's Publico, but the car is yours and you can go wherever you want.
