There is no golf course on Culebra, and I'm pretty sure the same is true of Vieques. If golfing is to be a part of your activities, you may wish to plan your wedding on the big island of Puerto Rico. El Conquistador resort, near Fajardo, has the resort amenitities and upscale facilities that the golfing crowd appreciates; Culebra is far less developed and geared toward ecotourism.
