Zoni today, gone tomorrow

This past week the owners of the 10 acre property on Zoni Beach have said that they have just legally segregated the property into six lots. This property is next to the Penock 25 acre ( half in the lagoon) that supposedly was also recently segregated. That would mean houses on Zoni beach.

I do not know the legality of these segregations but I do know that the area was zoned P and also 25 acre zoning and that the SAME surveyor was used to obtain both segregations. I do not know if there were "public hearings"

This no doubt will effect the environment of the area. It was not zoned for this usage but somehow these owners have obtained a segregation and variance without at least the proper notifications.
