Carina,

I'm pretty sure you can rent chairs and umbrellas right where the food kiosks are at the front of the Flamenco campsite. As for snorkeling, I haven't done it (yet!) but I know there's a woman right opposite the ferry dock who rents equipment. She's really lovely.
