lodging in March

My wife and I are planning a 1.5 to 2.5 week stay on Culebra in March. Our ideal lodging would be a small cottage or flat with some kitchen facilities in a quiet location. Walking distance to a store would be great. We would like to our lodging costs to $800 or less a month.

We would appreciate any leads and advise anyone can provide.
