We are going to St. Thomas next week and will be visiting Culebra for 2 days during our trip. I had asked the same question and everyone told me that a plane was the easiest way (unless you take the ferry to Fajardo and then to St. Thomas). So we are just flying. I think our flight is $127.50 R/T. Have fun!
