I just returned from Culebra last Monday. While there are no formal places fornatural bathing, The most deserted beach was Zoni beach, and I spent hours on one end without a soul around. The beach at Flamenco Bay by the campground is a nicer beach, and the furthest east side has some out of the way spots. I would be able to walk the entire beach late at nite or real early.
I did get a rather bad sunburn the 2nd day I was there, apparently 30 was not enough and I switched to 50spf after that.
