I'm going to disagree with my friend, Richard. They arent "just" acacia thorns, they are flat tire causing daggers. Jerry of jeep renting fame makes the caution part of his speil, and a painful, bloody footed walk over from Carlos Rosario brought it home for me. You don't need boots but I wouldn't hike Culebra without sturdy leather shoes. My pair of pennies.
