I am thinking of going to Culebra next weekend, but the current forecast is for it to rain with moderate wind. I would be coming from San Juan likely by plane and have two questions:
1. What happents to flights if it rains / gets very windy? Are they often cancelled or is there a chance of getting stranded on the island?
2. Is it possible to cancel reservations on the day of, if it is raining too hard? Probably depends on the airline / guesthouse, but was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this.
