Three good spots all accessible from land:
Carlos Rosario - You can walk to from Flamenco Beach
Flamenco Beach - All the way to the right as you face the water
Melonas - Walk past the senior housing center from town.

Other great spots that you need to get to by boat:
Luis Pena
Culebrita
(they are both small islands)
