As part owner of the Hotel Kokomo I would like to respond to the two posts. Over the past year we have been working hard to paint the rooms and fix any problems that we are aware of. We have received much better reviews since this time but are always looking to upgrade and fix anything that is broke. I hope you will see what we have been doing to increase the quality of our rooms and enjoy your futures stays in Culebra.
