This was a topic of considerable study by the Culebra Men's Association, which is a secret organization not unlike the Masons or Templars.

Our official stance: It is highly encouraged but only within reason.

Women only.

Age matters.

Size matters.

We have worked out an official signal that discreetly lets people know that they are violating the above guidelines: a universally recognized grimacing look of dismay.

If that doesn't work, there exists a series of "disaster response" policies, but I am not at liberty to discuss them on a public forum.
