easiest w/o a guide is Carlos Rosario, protected by a large reef with friendly and curious fish. just a short 15 or 20 min. hike from Flamenco.

some swear by Melones, but there are a lot of urchins at the shore.

never done the guided boat thing, someone else can answer that.
