Excetera is a store with internet, phones, office and misc stuff. They don't really have anything official to do with any of the turtle watching programs but they do have information :)
I was going to write this whole thing about nature and magic and timing and one day only...but never mind. Richard is right ;) Sometimes turtles lay during the day but it's far from the norm.
