I don't think there are many 4-5 BR houses, much less ADA friendly. Best to call Jim G. at C. island realty and spell out what you require upfront, really accommodating guy, or the folks at vacation planners. I'm def. sympathetic to those with different needs, it's not necessarily an easy place, but I haven't paid much attention to that issue. When you stop and think it's interesting how a step here or there add up and change your perspective.
I have seen a lot of motorized chairs buzzing around however. Didn't seem to slow down Chuck in his (with oxygen tank no less).
