Bikes for rent

I'll be in training for a triathlon while at Culebra and am wondering if there are good bikes to rent? Not to be snobbish, but I'd like to avoid the typical tourist bike with a fat seat and am wondering if I need to bring my own bike? Also, about how many miles of roads are there to bike? Thanks!
