Debbie - correct me if I'm wrong, but you can actually book ahead for the cargo ferry, right?

Theresa - I think people are so forthcoming with info 'cause Culebra always falls under the radar. the NYT did a piece just last week on deals in the Caribbean and they hit Vieques and St. Thomas (among others) and missed Culebra entirely.
