Rental Car on the Ferry

Hello...I'm a newbee to PR and Culebra. I'm planning a trip end of this June and was wondering what the rules are for bringing a rental car on the ferry to Culebra? On one site it was clear that no rental cars are allowed when going to Vieques but it wasn't clear about bring a rental car to Culebra. So can you take a rental car on the ferry to Culebra (assuming you have a ferry reservation in advance)?
