I just received my new issue of Caribbean Travel & Life magazine and their is a new high speed ferry leaving from Old San Juan that will get you to Culebra in 1 hour and 45 minutes. The ferry travels about 40 miles per hour and will begin service in November. The ferry will be leaving from pier 2 in Old San Juan. The URL for the website is as follows:
