Ferry tickets

I ordered ferry tickets online a couple of weeks ago and got the confirmation receipt, but now what? I emailed the contact and haven't heard back. Do I take the confirmation # to the reservations window at the ticket counter? Trip is in 3 weeks...

Jose, you should have received instructions with the confirmation. If not, they are alos in the terms and conditions on the site

Hello,

I will be visiting Puerto Rico April 9-13 (next month) would like to visit Culebra Saturday the 11th of April. May I purchase 2 tickets now for the Ferry. Wouldn't want to miss this trip at all. And once I book is this payment for round trip? Please advice times. And what time will we have to be there before the ferry leaves to go to Culebra and come back? I would appreciate the advice. Thank you. :-)

Hi, I just want to know if buying online is secure. I do not trust in the people on the counter at Fajardo and Culebra and do not want to miss my reservation.

you pay with paypal; so very secure!

make sure you go to the correct counter (reservations) in Fajardo, when picking up your paper tickets. you will receive a code via email when you book online!

I just tried to get ferry tickets for Wed or Thursday (5/6 or 5/7), but the website says tehy must be made 10 days in advance. We didn't know we were coming to Puerto Rico until 4/30! Is there anyway around this? We'd love to be able to snorkel on the island.

Thanks for the good news Michael! We'll be there by 7 AM tomorrow.
If we bring chairs/ shoulder cooler, towels & snorkel gear - will we be able to get around (cab?) I have visions of us walking miles with all that crap..
