A month ago I purchased two tickets online, within the next two days I received an email from Jim with a copy of my reserved ticket. The day of my trip to Culebra, it was very simple to redeem my ticket. I waited in line for 15 minutes, if you have a reserved ticket you don't have to make that crazy line fior 2 hours. Make sure you tell the officer you have a reserved ticket. There's a different line for PR residents and people with reservations. Im so glad I purchased my ticket online my experience was excellent I had no issues. Don't forget to purchase your return ticket from Culebra to Fajardo .

Purchasing tickets online was GREAT! I would have liked a bit more information about where to go once I got to the ferry but it worked out. A little more info--bring towels and whatever else you would bring to the beach. The ferry ride out was a cargo ferry which took longer than I thought but the return was a passenger ferry which was a shorter ride. Overall a great experience buying tickets online. Jim was very responsive to my emails.

So, since they did not renovate the contract for the passenger only ferry...which schedule are they using now? the cargo ferry schedule?

Can the carco ferry ticket be purchased online as well? AT 4am, how would someone go pick up the ticket since the ticket window is not open yet?
