Turtles, Camping and Thanks
Culebra, Puerto Rico

Hey I just wanted to say thanks for all the great info that I have been able to find in this forum.

We will be there in mid march and were just wondering about turtles (are they nesting then, where is the best place to see them, things to be aware of when you do see them and any other info you think would be pertinent)

Also dose the campground fill up during the regatta?

Thanks again
-KC

The campground crowd is not usually associated with the regatta crowd - so I would not worry.

Enjoy Culebra!

Michael

I heard Teresa recently retired or transferred from the Culebra Fish and Wildlife Service, which may be what Richard is thinking of. I plan to try to look her up when I'm there next week. Their website still lists her, so I might be wrong. Here it is. http://www.fws.gov/southeast/Culebra/
