Vegetarian
Culebra, Puerto Rico

I will be in Culebra for a few days, and I am a fairly strict vegetarian who doesn't eat fish, seafood, lard or chicken broth. Will I be able to find food at the restaurants? Should I bring some of my own? Suggestions on restaurants that are accomodating to vegetarians would be welcome.

You can make a combination eat at local restaurants rice and spicy beans which is already protein, and a good salad. There is a pizza parlor in town that can serve you vegetarian pizza or cheese pizza, and you can buy or take some of your ingredients. Are you staying in a place that offers you kitchenette? maybe Mamacitas can cook some vegetarian dishes. I think there are alternatives. But if you visit Vieques, by Isabel Segunda there is Baby Llenza Vegetarian rest. She lived in Bali and all she cooks is vegetarian Asian style food and very clean and careful cooking

Puerto Rico beautiful island, home of the hospitality and the shinning sun
