****Attention Culebra experts:

It is going to be my first time visiting Culebra and will like to know which one is the best and most beatiful beach overthere..Also when we take the ferry from Fajardo- I understand its only $4.50 round trip but does that includes the price of taking your own car on the ferry?

Thanks in advance for all the help!!!

Hello;

The $4.50 roundtrip is on the passenger ferry that Cargo Ferry is different and be care if you bring the car over the ferry is for the trucks and to get supplys for the markets in the island that maybe you will have trouble bringing over the car and off!!

The best beach in Culebra is Flamenco and the best to do some Good snorkle in Carlos Rosario..

Enjoy Culebra!!!!

all car rental companies on mainland PUERTO RICO do not allow you to take their cars on the cargo ferry.....if you disregard this know that you will no longer be insured ! THE BEST BEST BEACH IN CULEBRA IS FLAMENCO BEACH IT IS RANKED 4TH IN THE WORLD !

happy and safe travels,

The best beach on Culebra is the one you're headed to today! Each beach has its own unique characteristics that make it beautiful and great for some activities. For visual splendor, I think we have a 3 way tie between Flamenco, Zoni., and Tortuga on Culebrita. For snorkling, Carlos Rosario. For the uniquely Caribbean shell debris-lined beaches, Punta Soldado and Mosquito bay (if it's still accessible-there was an attempt to privatize it). For people watching, Flamenco. For seclusion and breakers, Brava and Resaca. For leatherback and hawksbill turtles any beach on the north side of the island. Etc., etc., etc.

The price for the car is about 50.00 each way, and you have to make reservations in advance, then the trouble might be getting the car back.
