I am considering going to Vieques 2 out of the 4 days I'm in Puerto Rico. I am petrified of heights. So before renting a car when I get there, I need to know how is the driving there. Are there steep hills, rugged roads, cliffs?
mostly rolling hills where the roads go. raods are well paved but narrow. very pleasant driving on most, as the traffic is often light once out of town.
