you guys are gonna get sick of me and all my questions.

Here is my packing list. I am not used to backpacking/camping in arid/coastal climates. Does anybody notice any major item (that cant be obtained on the island) missing from my list? The assumption is that we will be eating all of our meals in town.

Tent
sleeping pad
clothes
toiletries
fly rod
tackle
flashlight
bug-spray
towels
flops

I know this is kinda a general list. I am looking for "I camped in culebra last year and I sure with I would have packed......" kind of thing...

Sean -- someone also wisely suggested to me to bring a small lock to lock up tent zippers. Sounds like a good idea to me.

what my friends brought that i didnt think of was an inflatable bed. The sand under you can get very very uncomfortable when you're trying to sleep.

you can also consider

a cooler
things you can make sandwiches with (easiest thing to make)
glowsticks
sun block!!!
you can spray your tent with some stuff (i forgot the name) that makes it water resistant
more than one baithingsuit
and maybe a hammock...i took one last time and i was in it all day!
