I think its a great idea. It could be like the soup nazi on Seinfeld. If you don't understand and respect Culebra then you can't visit here. Enjoy it for what it is (which is wonderful) or go somewhere else.

As a web developer, and a guy that has some rental property, I know where you are coming from. But be honest, most of your visitors cant be that bad. I have been to several "undisturbed" islands, and I have found that they attract the good, honest people that are looking for somthing to enjoy off the beaten path, and typically respect it.

Looking forward to sampling Culebra this weekend for the first time. Hope the bonefish and permit want to come and play. I just got a new 9-weight that is itching for some action.

I was only halfway joking. once in a blue moon you come across a renter from hell. the vacation rental owner, usually not a full time landlord, has no way of checking out a potential disaster - as opposed to vacationers who, IF they do they homework, have pretty much all the reviews out there to make an educated decision.

Enjoy Culebra!
