I want to see Culebrito and the other small island...I want to weigh my options. I know I can rent a boat and do it on my own...I can take a Water taxi..not sure about how that works....and I was wondering if I could hire a boat with capt to take me around..or if there are any tours. Any info would be appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

There is an ATM just across the ferry dock, at Banco Popular.
The service you are asking, to have a boat for your own, and explore the island, can only be found in Fajardo.
It is quite expensive, but they have good, nice boats.
There you may want to contact ECO ISLENO ( Puerto del Rey Marina ), CASA DEL MAR ( HOTEL CONQUISTADOR ).
In the MARINA I mention, you may find others too, but as I said... it is quite expensive. Maybe you do not know what you are asking for.
In St. Thomas you can find that kind of service too, but you have to clear customs twice.

Hi Lolly,

You can also rent a boat from Butch at Culebra Boat Rentals. He is listed in the transport section of this website. That said, you should know that the trip out there can be rather rough in a small boat, except on nice calm days. Luis Pena, the other cayo you speak of is on the lee or sheltered side of the island and is easily reachable most day.

Doug
