Will I need a fishing license to fish on the island? Where do I obtain one?

Michael, do you know anything about crab fishing in the area? I've searched the forum, and did some googling... I havent really found anything. We're gonna be there in a few weeks, and the thought crossed my mind. We have a little boat in waiting, so i thought I'd ask
