i am very excited to be flying to Culebra this coming Saturday the 25th. i will be camping on the beach. i have no place to store a laptop. i really need my laptop to down load my videos to free up space on my memory cards but i no place to securely store my laptop since i will be essentially backpack camping. Is there a place to securely store my laptop while i enjoy the island ?

Bryan, welcome to the forum! Did you search for 'Valuables on the Beach'? There is a post not too long ago, ideally you add to that one, if your questions are not answered ;)

Enjoy Culebra!

Michael

Bryan, we will be getting there on the 25th as well and staying at the villas on Flaminco beach,we will be there about three weeks and would offer you a safe place to lock up your laptop.

I have a similar question, my girlfriend and I hope to come and camp on Culebra for a week in March but she will have to bring a laptop to do some work. Anywhere we can safely store it while we relax around the island?

Culebra is AWESOME with unbelievably good people. i didn't bring my laptop. The island is very safe but i wouldn't leave the laptop in the tent. When you get down there you might want to talk to the guy who runs the campground to see if he could store it in his office. They do have a library in town and they might have computer access or you could or you could check out Villa Flamenco Beach right on Flamenco beach they might have computer access. Enjoy for me !!!!
