Planning to camp on Flamenco Beach-Need Info

Hi,

I'm planning a trip to Culebra. I fly into San Juan on May 1st at 1pm and want to know the most affordable way to get to Culebra. I will be going solo.

I also want to camp on the Flamenco camping grounds. Does anyone have any information how to rent some camping gear like tent, sleeping bag, etc.

Thank you for your help. Can't wait.
