Luis Pena and Water Taxi

Couple of questions about Cayo Luis Pena.
1. Can you easliy arrange to have a water taxi drop off and come back later to pick up on Luis Pena?
2. Is there a nice beach out there?
3. Is the snorkeling good out there?

We went to Culebrita with Captain Sebastian. The beaches were gorgeous, snorkeling was fantastic, and the lighthouse was really cool. It must have really been nice in its day with beautiful tile floors. Captain Sebastian is very laid back and accommodating.
