I don't intend to spend my vacation in Culebra on my cell phone or on the internet but I do need to keep in touch with a few people. Is cell phone reception good on the island? Is wifi available anywhere?

I have been able to get reception almost anywhere on the island with my verizon phone, although as with anywhere else some areas have a better signal than others.
