Snorkling from beach or boat?
Culebra, Puerto Rico

We have one day on island in late March. My guy has never snorkled before. We are not into party boats (my guy doesn't drink). Which is better - snorkling from a couple of the beaches or where the boats take you to? Where do you catch a water taxi to Luis Pena? Also, wondering about renting equipment - where?

Can't wait to get out of the snow! Thanks for your help!

Give Tazz a call at Aquatic Adventures. I am sure he rents snorkeling gear for the day. He also can take you out on his boat to snorkle at Luis Pena. If you just have the one day, you might want to hang out at Flamenco and perhaps hike over to Carlos Rosario for snorkeling. I think you can rent snorkel gear at Flamenco for the day. Enjoy
