Child Care during Dive Trip

Hello,

I will be in culebra this coming saturday for 2nights and my husband and I are planning to dive there. Our plan was to take our son with us but dive shop told us that AM diving is for divers and they charge $58 to ride with us. The diving shop owner says afternoon diving is mixtue of divers and snorkelers but we really want to dive in the morning because they take us very nice diving sites. I am wondering if there are child care services in town to watch him for few hours.

There are NOT any child care services in town like that. If you were going to be here for a week or two, we could probably hook you up but I have to say...if you're willing to come some place you don't know and don't know anyone and drop your child off for a few hours...that worries me. Culebra is an excellent place in the world and you'd be in the fortunate zone if someone recommended a sitter, but wow. Not every island is like that...

Maybe you're thinking this has Club Med type places where some bonded and insured child care center exists?
