Excursion/day trip
Culebra, Puerto Rico

Hello,

I will be in Culebra for 2 nights in June. My family group has people from 12 to 80 in it. I am wondering if it there is an excursion or day trip we might take for 1/2 day or a whole day ( maybe a lunch included). The excursion might include a tour of island highlights, some beach or snorkel time and maybe a boat trip.

Since we are there for a short time, and we have such a big age range, I think it would be hard for me to piece something together. Is there a service that could outfit us and organize something like this?

Also do you think motion sickness is common on the ferry?

Thanks you,

Cuqui

If you're only there for two nights, you can be awfully happy just hanging around Flamenco and walking over the hill for great snorkeling. It's not a hard hike, though I'm not sure about the 80 year old. (If I were 80, I could do it. Or at least, I'm counting on it! I'll know for sure in another few decades!)

Culebra is a destination in itself. And Flamenco is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. So my advice is to just relax and enjoy the area around Flamenco and Carlos Rosario. It would be crazy to spend a lot of time and effort trying to go to other places on (or off) the island when you're only there for a day or two.
